Delicious and expensive

Not able to have your drink the way you want it.. even with an upcharge...

Worst dunkin i have ever been to the people were nice but the doughnuts were not good and the coffee was bad too.

Great food, and great service!

I have gone to this store twice and have had a bad experience both times with my ice coffee. The first was to much ice and the second I ordered a LG got a medium asked for 5 French vanilla swirl got none asked for little ice and got a full cup. The site in Walmart has been really good I get what I ask for everytime.

Great coffee service fair

Some days are good, some days not much where service is concerned. I grow weary of asking for my latte a certain way and being told they don't make it that way. What? What's the point of asking the customer how they want it then????

Slow very unfriendly people and can't ever get my coffee made right

We stopped to get some coffee this evening at the same time as we have before and had the door locked by an employee as we pulled up. This was an hour before they closed. There were also other customers in the store when the door was locked. :( Very disappointing.

I love other Dunkin Donuts I've been to in Massachusetts but this is the worse one. They had a long line inside and in the drive thru. They helped the drive thru people before us inside. It took 1/2 hour to get 2 coffees (tasted like hot cream) and 2 donuts. I saw at least three people leave disgusted without ordering. My friend said she got the same horrible service this summer

Poor service server was rude with facial expressions. Kept us waiting after order for our drinks...did not complete order missing one drink as we left the take out.. and drove away.. will not return

Don't waste your money here for donuts, they all under sized seriously under sized.

An American classic at the US-Canada border. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Coffee and milkshakes are exceptional, i however prefer the donuts of Krispy Kreme.

Espresso. With a CashApp debit card you get 1$ off coffee. So my 2.50$ Americano turns out to be 1.50$.

"Time to make the Donuts." Fast and friendly service... New establishment less than a year open. Nice atmosphere, quite and cozy. Located near shopping plaza, restaurants, social services, furniture and auto dealers, etc.

There donuts are awesome

Unfortunately, not ALL staff are the same in each one. For this particular location, it is nearly mediocre. Its quite frankly a gamble upon walking in because you never get the same service as prior. Unpredictability of service gives this location a 3🌟.

Very rude staff ice coffees came out looking like milk with regular cream and sugar and we go there all the time and they are not normally like that!so i was given attitude and the woman was rudely pointing at the cup saying 4 cream 4 sugar!!! Will be going to mcdonalds from now on

I stop at many DD across the state, and NH, but mostly frequent Chittenden County/Franklin County DD. Recently we have been traveling to Derby alot, and we are amazed at how exceptionally fresh and well sized their donuts are, and the coffee will put a skip in your step!! The staff is always courteous, and they are always busting butt... In our opinion this is definitely the best DD we have been to in this state. Keep it up Derby DD!!

I’m watching all staff slack off and socialize except for one poor girl who’s having to do all the work. If the managers cared at all, they would review the surveillance and penalize all of the inconsiderate and lazy staff.

Its very sad that the corporate of dunkin donuts lets the store close every day by 8 pm. I live in Vermont near the derby dunkin. They should at least stay open until 1030pm on Friday and Saturday on the drive threw. I understand that it’s not that bizy rest of the week. Your being to cheap to-stay open. This is one of the reasons why your loosing money. So my question to you is why did you waste all that money to build the building in this area.

Service is always slow unless you want to brave the wrap around line for the drive through...and they always get served first
